About Tideline Construction

Tideline Construction started the way most good things do — with a goal and the work ethic to back it up. Owner Jay Hill has been in the building trade since leaving school, earning his NZQA Level 5 in carpentry before going out on his own.

We handle everything from small fix-ups and maintenance through to full kitchen and bathroom renovations — plus decks, fences, pergolas, and shed extensions. Unlike builders who only do one thing, we take on the full range. That means one point of contact from start to finish, whether you need a wall patched or a kitchen gutted and rebuilt.

Based in Tauranga and covering the wider Bay of Plenty — from Kawerau to Waihi — Tideline is built for homeowners and rural property owners who want reliable work done right, without the runaround.
